Delivery takes 3-5 working days for West Malaysia and 7 working days for Sabah and Sarawak.
What is Duobao’s returns / exchanges policy?
All items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Prior to shipment, we will take photos of the products and confirm with customers to ensure that all items are correct and meet expectations. Please carefully review your order before confirmation, as returns or exchanges are not accepted after delivery
What should I do if my items are damaged or missing?
Upon receiving your package, we kindly request that you record a full unboxing video and inspect the items immediately. Should you find any unnatural damage or missing items, please inform us within 48 hours (complete video required) so we can file a claim with the courier.
