Delivery takes 3-5 working days for West Malaysia and 7 working days for Sabah and Sarawak.
What is Duobao’s returns / exchanges policy?
All items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable. What should I do if my items are damaged or missing?
Upon receiving your package, we kindly request that you record a full unboxing video and inspect the items immediately. Should you find any unnatural damage or missing items, please inform us within 48 hours (complete video required) so we can file a claim with the courier.
